Music by The Piano Brothers

Emmett Chappell III, aka “E”, was born to the parentage of
Emmett Chappell, Jr., and Vannessa Gail Chappell on January 22,
1983 at Shelby Medical Center, Alabaster, AL.

Emmett confessed Christ as his Lord and Savior. He was a member of
Present Truth Church. He was educated in the Shelby County School

In 2007, he relocated to Kansas City, MO. It was there that his precious
son, Eason, was born. They were inseparable. He loved his family and
loved and adored his son. He was a fun-loving, respectable young man
who was a delight to be around. Everyone who knew him loved him.
He certainly made a positive mark on his world.

Emmett was preceded in death by his grandmother, Minnie Brazzell,
“Big Ma”; grandfather, Clifton Lightsey; great-grandparents, Lueollie
and Sydney Fields, Mother Ruth Hudson; and aunt, Rhonda Staffney.
He made his transition on October 17, 2018, at his home in Kansas City, MO.

Kansas City, MO; a beloved stepdaughter, Ciara Elix, Kansas City,
MO; a special friend and mother of his son, Cicelynn Elix, Kansas
City, MO; his loving mother, Vannessa Gail Chappell, Montevallo,
