Hester Mae Reeves

Hester was born on November 17th 1929 in Elmore County.  She committed her life to Christ at an early age under the leadership of Rev. Milton. She truly loved the lord.

She was preceded in death, by her loving parents; Clinton and Delilah Wilson; One Brother Clinton Wilson and one Son Joshua Reeves.

She leaves to cherish her loving memories:

Five sons and five daughters; Herman Reeves Jr. (Lois),  Delilah Ann Moncrief (Ron),  Minister Danny Edwards Reeves, Christine Pritchett (David), Kim Columbus Reeves, Petronia Sandra Norman, Spencer Parker Reeves, Minister Clinton Mason Reeves (Sherry), Hester Delisa Reeves, and Deborah Denise Reeves.  One Sister, Everleaner Wilson, (Brown their secret word), of Cleveland Ohio.  A special niece/daughter Brenda Wilson (Charlie) Cleveland, Ohio.  Special lifelong friends, Rosemary Gist, Mary Winston and Cornelia Harris.  A very special thank you and appreciation to our Sister Ann and Ron as her caregivers.

As someone who was genuinely liked by everyone, she will be missed by a host of friends, extended family, and loved ones. Hester was a warm spirited person, affectionally known to us as “Madea”.  She truly loved her family.  She stayed close to family and took care of her loving mother (Granny) until she departed this life.

It was fun seeing Granny pull for the dodgers and Mom pull for them Braves!!

She truly enjoyed all those brave games Chris & Amy took her to.

She cherished and loved all her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, & great great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
