Aaron Underwood Jr. was born on December 23, 1951, in Brent, AL to Lucille Cutts - Avery Randall and Arion Underwood.

He gave his life to the Lord at an early age at Mount Pilgrim Church under the leadership of Reverend Burns.

Aaron was the owner of Underwood Lawn Service for 16 years.

Aaron leaves to cherish his memory: a loving wife, Jolinda Underwood of 23 years; son, Carlos (Raven)Tolbert; daughter, Yteria (Encarlos) Smitherman; two granddaughters; Triniti Tolbert, Carsyn Tolbert; grandson, Christian Tolbert; sisters, Louis C. Carter of Shorter, AL; Katie (J.T.) Tabb of Centreville, AL, Angela (Timmy) Cutts, Anita Underwood, Cynthia Jean McCall all of Brent, AL; Barbara (Ronnie) Martin of Montevallo, AL; Carolyne (James) Rogers of Virginia Beach, VA, Tawanna (Edwin) Heard of Montgomery, AL; brothers Andrew (Brenda) Underwood Sr. of Birmingham, AL, Frederick (Margaret) Randall of Shorter, AL, Vincent (Stephanie) Randall of Montgomery, AL, Sandy (Karen) Underwood of Brent, AL; sisters in law, Dorothy Valentine of Milwaukee, Deborah (James) Hayes, Tamika (Edward) Cottingham; brothers in law, Joel (Sonya) Davis, Anthony Peoples, Aaron Alford; and a host of other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his loving mother, Lucille Cutts Avery- Randall; father, Arion Underwood; stepfather, Egypsy Randall; stepmother, Rosa Mae Underwood; brother, John Ellis Shelton Sr., John Jr. Driver; sisters, Ruby Shirleen Underwood Mack, Annie Lee Owens; Johnnie Mae (Edward) Strozier, Willodean Driver; nephew, Arnoldrelco Jamell Randall.

Visitation will be held Friday, Nov. 24, 2023, at The Good Shepherd from 4:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M.

Celebration of Life will be held Sat. Nov. 25, 2023, at 11:00 A.M.at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, Montevallo, AL with interment at Montevallo Cemetery.
