Adrian Lee Cottingham was born to Polly Cottingham & Curtis Taylor on September 16, 1987.

She accepted Christ as a young adult & attended church at New Everdale Baptist Church in Evansville, AL, under the leadership of Pastor William Douglas Walker.

Adrian was a daycare teacher who gave her all to the kids that she cared for. She loved her family dearly & had the kindest spirit & a giving heart.

Adrian was preceded in death by her father, Andre Peoples, & grandparents, Dorothy Lee Cottingham, Gladys & King Peoples, & Bobby Jean & Jack Taylor Sr.

She leaves to cherish her memories: a loving & beautiful daughter, Rayla Wiggins; a loving & devoted mother, Polly Cottingham (Daniel) Moore; father, Curtis (Lodealia) Taylor; siblings, Desmond (Tamika) Cottingham, Andrew (Shelondra) Cottingham, Corey (Nesha) Williams, Curtish Taylor; stepbrothers, Deveil Moore, Daniel Moore, & Tory Worthey; a host of nieces & nephews whom she loved as her own, aunts, uncles, & cousins.

Adrian had many friends, but Raquel Harrell, Taisha Smith, & Alishia White were her best friends.

Viewing will be held Wednesday, August 23, 2024, from 4:00 P.M. – 6:00 P.M. at The Good Shepherd.

A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, August 24, 2023, at 12:00 Noon at New Everdale Baptist Church in Montevallo with Interment at Montevallo Cemetery.
