Brother Ambrose Wood

was born to the parentage of the late Cecil Wood, Sr. and Ozell Kelow on January 7, 1968 in Alabaster, AL.

He departed this life on April 6, 2018 at 8:30 PM, in Prattville, AL.

Ambrose leaves to cherish his memories:  Teresa Fischer and family, Prattville, AL; two daughters: Whittney Danyll Jones, Shelby, AL and Jessica Shawntal Simon (Cassey), Maplesville, AL; one son: Dustin Wood (Brana), Shelby, AL; five grandchildren; five siblings: Loretta Clark (Henry), Huntsville, AL, David Wood (Karen), San Antonio, TX, Connie Chapple (Felix), Columbiana, AL, Lorrian Wood, Pell City, AL, Cecil Wood, Jr., Columbiana, AL; A special Friend: Edmond Buie, Columbiana, AL and a host of other relatives and friends.

There will be a family hour on Friday, April 13 from 6:00 -7:00 pm at the funeral home.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at First Baptist Church in Wilsonville, AL with burial at Wilsonville Community Cemetery. Rev. Larry Pickett Officiating.
