Her Story

Beatrice Lilly known to most as "Aunt Bea", was born to the late Jim & Charlotte Lilly on April 15, 1934, in Montevallo, AL.

She accepted Christ at an early age and was a long time faithful member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in Montevallo, AL, where Rev. John Adams was her pastor. She regularly attended Bible Study, Sunday School and Sunday Service. During her membership she served as a member of the Choir, Adult Usher Board & was a member of The Missionary Society until God called her home.

She was preceded in death by: her parents; all of her siblings; her children, Todd Lilly, Henrietta Taylor, Kelvin Lilly; and her great grandson, Amari King.

Beatrice leaves to cherish her memory: her daughter, Rose Tucker; her son, Henry (Annie) Pope; her grandson (whom she raised as her son), Dennis "DJ" Williams; grandchildren, Demisha (Paul) King, Derrick Williams, Michelle (Reginald) Clark, Cemone Taylor, Lazandra Taylor, Henry Pope III, Kenisha Lilly, Shana (Devondre) Adams, Craig Gentry; great grandchildren, Lashae (Connor) Barnett, Cordell Williams, Jordan Williams, Kendra Williams, Alyssa Williams, Arianna Lucas, Rylan Williams, Taylor Clark, Mason Clark, A'yna Lilly, Khyli Lilly, Jaynelle Lilly-White, Amir Craig, Josiah Adams, Skylar Adams, Bishop Adams, Idris Adams; great great granddaughter, Hazel Barnett; sister in law, Violena Lilly; bonus sister, Bobbie Ann Ross; bonus daughters, Sophia Gentry, Delilah Harris, Doristine Sankey; bonus granddaughter, Wakina Naugher; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
