Benjamin Peoples, Jr.

was born to the parentage of Benjamin Peoples, Sr. and Lisa Moore Peoples on Wednesday, July 9, 1997 at St. Vincent's Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama.

He accepted Christ at an early age at Everdale Missionary Baptist Church, where he remained a faithful servant of the Lord until his death.

He received his formal education from the Shelby County School System through the 10 th grade and was blessed to complete his junior and senior year at Kingwood Christian School in Alabaster, Alabama.  He went to College at AUM where he was studying Kinesiology until his death.

He was anointed and appointed by God for music ministry and served faithfully as lead percussionist at New Everdale Missionary Baptist Church until his death.

Benjamin was always a light that God set on the hill for the world to see.  He touched lives and made things better wherever his feet treaded.  He always lent a helping hand to anyone in need.  He will surely be remembered for his infectious smile.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Glen peoples; uncles, Glen L. Peoples and Glenn D. Moore; cousin, Charles David Thomas, II.

He departed this life on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at Grandview Hospital.  His memories will forever be cherished and his life will be celebrated by: loving and devoted parents, Benjamin and Lisa Peoples; a loving and devoted great grandmother, Willie Mae Moore; loving grandparents, John and Mary Moore, Sr., Jewel Dean Peoples; loving god parents, Robert and Angela Tartt; devoted sister, Bennisha Peoples; two loving and devoted brothers, Kevin (Jazzmine) Paschel, Trevis (Deandra) Paschel; a loving and devoted nephew, Gabriel C. M. Peoples and a host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, co-workers and neighbors who shall miss him dearly

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, August 24, 2019 at 12:00 Noon at Kingwood Church in Alabaster with burial at Montevallo Cemetery. Rev. Mark Davis- Pastor; Rev. William Douglas Walker- Officiating Eulogist
