Clarence Carlisle, Jr . was born to the parentage of the late Ella Sims and Clarence Carlisle, Sr. on Monday, July 31, 1950, in Marion, AL.

He was united in marriage to Cynthia Chapman on July 2, 1998.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father.

Clarence died peacefully at his home in Montevallo, AL on Sunday, October 16, 2022.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving wife Cynthia Carlisle; his son, Jeffery (Angline) Pryor of Marion, AL; his brothers, John (Carolyn) Sims of Marion, AL, Frank Sims of Bessemer, AL and Lee Andrew Martin of Marion, AL; his sisters, Nellie Foster of Marion, AL Julia Goode of Detroit, MI and Sarah Carlisle of Marion, AL and a host of family and friends.

Viewing will be held Sunday, Oct. 23, 2022 from 2:00 P.M. – 4:00 A.M at The Good Shepherd.

A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, Oct. 24, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. at The Good Shepherd with interment at Montevallo Cemetery.
