Gloria "Faye" Johnson was born to the Union to the late Richard and late Gloria Johnson on Dec. 24, 1950 in Columbiana, Alabama.

She was educated in Shelby County School System.

She accepted Christ at a early age at the Macedonia Baptist Church in Columbiana, Alabama.

She worked at Valley Mills for over 20 years.

She was preceded in death by one brother Richard Johnson and one sister, Cynthia Johnson Battle.

She departed this life Nov. 22, 2016 at UAB Hospital in Birmingham Alabama.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her children: Toshia (Cory) Hall, of Calera AL., Troy (Candyce) Johnson of Columbiana, AL., Terry (Tina) Johnson, Columbiana AL, Tarrence (Amanda) Johnson, Columbiana AL., and Tyrone Johnson of Columbiana, AL.
