James Chappell was born Dec. 12, 1966 to the late Frances Chappell. James confessed Christ as his Lord and savior at an early age at Freewill Apostolic Church where he joined under the leadership of Pastor Gloria Goode, later he united iwth Ebenezer Baptist Church. He graduated from Bibb County High School in 1987. He is survived by his loving sister Demetra (Michael) James, a special aunt, Verlena Ledlow, a loving father Frank Peoples and other relatives.
