Jeffery James Dixon , a.k.a. Preacher, was born Wednesday January 31rst 1979 in Pell City, Alabama to Robert and Joyce Dixon. He grew up a member of the Mt. Olive Baptist Church of Harpersville, AL.

Jeffer y was a great athelete, and a diverse personality that people loved to be around.  He enjoyed a good day on the lake, fishing surrounded by friends and family.

Jeffery departed this life on Friday, March 29, 2019  at UAB Palliative Care in Birmingham, AL.

A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at The Good Shepherd Chapel.
