Kelvin Andvea Ledlow was born on May 22, 1971, to Donna Jean Ledlow and Clifton Fulgham.

He was educated by the Bibb County School System. Kelvin was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church and was a foreman at Contech Engineered Solutions. He enjoyed playing softball and being with his family. He departed this life on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at Shelby Medical Center.

Kelvin was preceded in death by: his two brothers, Keith Fulgham, Steve Ledlow; father, Clifton Fulgham; grandparents, Ocie Ledlow, Doris Ledlow, Ollie Fulgham, Melinda Fulgham, Ruth Fulgham and aunt, Sadie Ledlow.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Cominita Pearson Ledlow; mother, Donna Jean Ledlow (David) Haggard; daughter, Shaniqua Ledlow; bonus children, Shala (Shawn) Hayes, Wallace Jordan; grandchildren, Ah'layja Ledlow, A'yanna Hayes; sister, Teresa (Raymond) Dukes; brothers, Eddie (Katie) Fulgham, Kenneth (Claudia) Fulgham; two step brothers, two step sisters, two very special nieces, Octavia (Justin) Pickett, Electa (Derrick) Buie; special uncles, Rickey (Valerie) Ledlow, Charles Ledlow; a host of other relatives and family.
