The Almighty God from which we came and whom unto our spirits return has called from our midst "Mr Kyle Dewayne Mixon." He was born April 13, 1971 to Shirley and Earl Mixon. Kyle received Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age and joined Mount Olive Baptist Church in Alabaster, Alabama. AND NOW YOU'VE GONE AWAY AND LEFT US WITH THE MEMORIES OF YOUR SMILE He leaves to cherish his memory and will be deeply missed by his loving mother; Shirley Bishop of Alabaster AL. Father; Earl Mixon of Plantersville, AL. One loving daughter; Robin Yvette Brooks and two grandchildren, Daziyah Marie Norwood and Daryl Lavell Norwood Jr. of Carbondale, IL. A very devoted grandmother Sally Mae Trenholm of Alabaster, AL, his two loving sisters Monica Trenholm and Darlene Hudson both of Alabaster , AL. Two brothers: Kevin Earl Mixon of Alabaster, AL. and Kelvin Allen of Calera AL. One aunt, Earnestine French of Forrestdale, AL and two uncles; Horace and Michael Trenholm of Alabaster, AL. He will also be loved and missed by his sisters: Wendy (Kenneth) Tolbert of McCalla, AL, Kimberly Green and Yolanda Michelle Turner both of Alabaster, AL. Kyle will be remembered by his special friend, Teresa Harris and two sons, Zion C. and Kyle P. Mixon He was proceeded in death by his grandfather, Horace Trenholm and his step father, Ed Bishop. Kyle shared a special bond and a closeness with his niece and two nephew4s (Andrea Trenholm, Justin Mallory and Reshad Hudson) and a very special cousin, G. Courtney French of Mountain Brook, AL. Kyle was loved by so many others, he will be remembered and missed by a host of cousins, relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, Feb. 3, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Alabaster with burial at Keystone Cemetery. Rev. Richard Davis Officiating.
