Marlo Michelle Rhine Dowdell was born on February 22, 1974 to the parentage of Carolyn Green and the late Robert Rhine, Jr.

She was educated in the Shelby County School System where she graduated from Thompson High School.

She confessed her life to Christ at an early age at Freewill Missionary Baptist Church, under the leadership of Pastor Larry Coleman.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Rhine Jr, Maternal Grandparents, Lois and Price Green Sr; Paternal Grandparents, Annie Bell and Robert Rhine Sr; an Aunt, Mary Rhine; Uncles, Price Green Jr, Danny Lee Green, Kenny Lee Rhine and one brother Denzell Justin Rhine. She leaves to cherish her memories: her mother, Carolyn Farley, Alabaster, AL; Siblings: Antonio Garcia (Johnae), Little Rock, AR; Sherita Garcia, Alabaster, AL; Tanya (Fernando) Sturdivant, Atlanta, GA; Felice Cook, Alabaster, AL; Krishun Hudson, Montevallo, AL, Adrian (Ausia) Hudson, Montevallo, AL; Brian (Kalisha) Rhine, Calera, AL; Former Husband, Bobby Dowdell Jr and Bonus Daughter Zy'Kerria Dowdell; Nieces and Nephews: Teaira, Keaira, Kylah, Kyndal, Kynnedi, Jasmine, Yasmeen, Nakeerah, Nuriyah, Kamaya, Knaya, and Aiden H; Great Nieces and Nephews: Alexander, Aiden M, Alana and Alani; Best Friend Charnesia Kirkland and a host of other cousins, relatives and friends.

Graveside Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, Sept. 24, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. at Liberty Elliottsville Cemetery in Elliottsville, AL
