Mary Lee Griffin was born in Brent, Alabama on Sunday, October 14, 1945 to the late Mr. Edgar and Viola Williams

Mary joined the church at a young age. She was a great homemaker and seamstress and loved to sing. She departed her life on Tuesday, November 3 2020 at Southland Nursing Home Marion, AL.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Edgar and Viola Williams, Edgar Williams Jr., Ola Mae Stacy, Walter Lee Williams, Charles Lee Williams, Author Lee Williams, Willie C Williams, Dollie Mae Daniels, Annie Mae Broadax, and Johnnie Mae Williams.

Mary leaves to cherish her memories three daughters: Viola Howard, Katie Tubbs and Janet (Christopher) Billingsley of Brent, Al; Six sons Christopher (Teresa) Griffin, Keith Griffin, Seneca Griffin All of Ft. Wayne In .Frank Griffin, James (Rosetta) Griffin Jonathan Griffin all of Brent, AL (29) Grand Children 13 Great Grand Children two Sisters Minnie Smith and Katie (Larry) Craig and a hosts of nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends who loved her dearly.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, Nov. 7, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Cooper Cemetery in Centreville, AL. Viewing will be held Friday, Nov. 6 from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
