Mary Kirkland was born July 11, 1915 in Shelby County, Alabama to the late Lonnie and Carrie Harris. Mrs. Kirkland was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and aunt. She was a very loving and showed compassion to everyone, and was very dedicated to her family. ​She leaves to cherish her memories one devoted daughter; Carrie Haynes, two sons; Rickey Kirkland and Eddie Kirkland (Maxine0 12 grandchildren, 18, great grandchildren 33 great great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held saturday, dec. 17, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Faith Temple Deliverance center in Montevallo with burial at Galilee Cemetery in Saginaw.
