Obituary

Mr. Moses Dobyne was born February 11, 1955 to the late Scildon Jackon in Perry County, Alabama.

At an early age with his mother he joined Ebenezer Baptist Church in Perry County. He then moved to Brent, Alabama where he joined Pine Grove Baptist Church. Later, he united with New Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church.

Mr. Moses Dobyne departed his life on May 15, 2018 at 3:40 p.m At UAB.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his loving devoted wife Judy Dobyne of Brent, Alabama; one brother: Rev. Lee Dobyne, Jr (Betty) of Brent, Alabama; two daughters: Kimberly Dobyne of Brent, Alabama; Antosha Ardis of Birmingham, Alabama; two sons: Keldrick Dobyne (Bridget) of Brent, Alabama; Moses A. Dobyne of Brent, Alabama; one stepson: Anthony Cutts of Brent, Alabama; four granddaughters; six grandsons, and one great granddaughter; and  two special friends: LaDarius Anderson and Tarissa Hill, and a host of other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, May 19, 2018 at 12:00 Noon at New. Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church in Brent, AL with burial at Cooper Cemetery in Centreville, AL.
