Norman Lee Lewis was born May 13, 1945 in Bibb County, Alabama. He was born to Olena Johnson and George Lewis. Norman accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of Mountain Baptist Church in Calera, Alabama. He attended Prentice High School and  after graduation he enlisted in The United States Army and served in  the 82 ^nd Airborne.

In May 2002, he married Joyce Reed.

Mr. Lewis retired from Brown Molding in 2015  where he worked as a Truck Driver for many years.

Mr. Lewis was an avid tennis player and sports fan. He loved The University of Alabama Football team.

He will be missed by all who knew him.

Mr. Lewis leaves to cherish his memory a loving wife Mrs. Joyce Lewis; loving Nieces , Nephews, and a host of beloved relatives and friends

Viewing will be held Tuesday, January 19, 2021 from 4:00 P.M. -6:00 P.M. at The Good Shepherd Funeral Home.

A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo. Rev. Earl Hayes – Officiating.
