A TIME TO BE BORN

Pamela "Pam" Jean MacArthur was born on November 6, 1957,in Rochester, New York, to the parentage of the late Joan Mina Howard and James Richard MacArthur, Sr.

A TIME TO LEARN

She attended the Rochester City School system and was a graduate of Monroe East High School. After graduating from high school, Pam moved to Century, Florida and pursued a career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

A TIME TO SERVE

Pam professed her faith in Jesus Christ at an early age. Later she became a member of Greater Glory New Testament where she was a dedicated member under the leadership of Apostle Nancy Cottrell. At Greater Glory New Testament, she served faithfully for thirty years. Later she became a part of God's House of Deliverance for two years under the leadership of Bishop Maurice Etheridge. Later Pamela moved to Montevallo, and became a member of Empowerment City Church in Bessemer, AL, under the leadership of Apostle Dr. Ronald McKnight, Jr. She served faithfully as the Teleconference President, Intercessor, a part of the Jewels of God Women Department, and a scholar of Bootcamp Ministerial Class until her passing.

A TIME TO LOVE

Pam met, fell in love and married her "Chocolate," Terry and she became his "Vanilla" on June 10, 2018. To this union, she gained two bonus children.

A TIME TO LIVE

Pam was a beloved sister, aunt, cousin, friend, and wife. She touched the lives of many with her profound sense of humor, warmth, creativity, and outgoing personality. Pam truly knew that it was more blessed to give than to receive. Her generosity knew no bounds. She was a loving mother and grandmother and a beautiful soul who would help anyone. Her radiant smile lit up any room she entered. She enjoyed talking, cooking, crocheting and more than anything, praying. She lived life to the fullest and especially loved spending time with her family, friends, and her beloved pets.

A TIME TO MOURN

She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister Mina Howard, her second husband, Timothy King and her first husband, Lewis Rorige.

Although Pam is gone, she will live in our hearts forever. Her love and devotion will always be reflected in her husband, Terry Baldwin; her bonus children, Tashanda and Tishaun Baldwin; grandsons, Prince Jones and Kaleb Baldwin; two special nieces she raised as her own Tonja Jones (Jacobe) and Tammy (Steve); her siblings, Carol Holberton, Linda MacArthur, Laura MacArthur, James Howard, Jr. (Robin), and Eric Howard, one God daughter, Sue Holberton, a great niece Bella (Lady Bug), mother-in-love, Angela Ellis; father-in-love, Willie Baldwin, Sr. (Geneva), sister-in-love, Manetta Baldwin, three brothers-in-love, Willie Baldwin, Jr., Demetrius Baldwin and Tristan Baldwin, along with a great host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, friends and her Empowerment City Church Family.
