The Obituary

Mamie Lee Mann also known as "MaMamie" was born January 28, 1944, to the late Isiah Horn and Martha Lean Peoples in Aldrich, AL.

She was educated in the Shelby County school system. She accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of Triumph Holiness Church.

She became a Pastor at Jesus Temple Church of Deliverance and later join Present Truth Church.

She was united in holy matrimony to the late Charles Mann in 1963.

She was peacefully called home to be with the Lord on October 25, 2022 at the age of 78.

She was a Custodial worker at Montevallo Elementary School.

Mamie Mann was proceeded in death by her parents Isaiah Horn, Martha Peoples, husband Charles Mann; daughters Rachel and Lester Horn; brother John Edward and sister Emma Lee Ward.

She is survived by her brother Tommie (Maria) Horn, sister Celester Horton, daughter, Dorothy Johnson of Hoover, AL, son, Robert (Rhonda) Horn of Montevallo AL, son Reginald (Lakeisha) Mann of Alabaster, AL and daughter Andrea Daniels of Birmingham, AL. A host of Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and a Great Great Grandchild, a special son and daughter Bishop Rodney and Elder Lula Sheppard. and a host of Spiritual sons and daughters.

Viewing will be held Monday, October 31, 2022 from 4:00 P.M. – 6:00 P.M. at The Good Shepherd.

A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2022 at 12:00 Noon at Upper Room Church County Road 8 Montevallo AL with interment at Montevallo City Cemetery.
