Robert (Bob) Humphries 12/1/1941 - 10/14/2022 God took his faithful servant home last Friday morning as Bob went to meet his Lord & Savior as he slept. Survivors include his wife of 50 years- Maralon W. Humphries, son- Scott (Hester) Humphries, son- Brian (Maegan) Humphries grandchildren: Kaila (Stuart) Wood, Tyler Ann Humphries, Mason Humphries, Jase Humphries great-grandchildren: Sutter Gholston, Barrett Wood, Kaysen Wood and numerous other loved ones".

Bob resided in Mathews, AL for nearly 40 years. Bob was preceded in death by his son, Jason Humphries and his grandchildren, Forrest Humphries and Maeryn Elizabeth Humphries Bob loved his country and served in the Army 101st Airborne "Screaming Eagles" and as a Green Beret with the 7th Special Forces.  He will be most remembered for his love and devotion to Jesus Christ.  While we all have heavy hearts over our loss, we smile knowing he's with his son, Jason and his grandchildren, Forrest & Maeryn.
