Robin was born to the late Susie and Frank Miller Sr. on October 8, 1953, in Alabaster, AL. She was the eleventh of twelve children.

Robin was a graduate of Thompson High School class of 1972. She attended Lawson State Community College and later transferred to Alabama A&M University Huntsville, AL, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education.

She was a teacher and retired from the McNeel School - Alabama Department of Youth Services after 33 years.

She met and married Elder Leon Harrell October 9, 1978. To this union one son was born.

Robin loved cooking, cruising, and her Alma Mater, Alabama A&M. Robin was a caring person and would help anyone she could. Sick, here comes a pot of soup and juices, then regular meals.

Her maternal roots were traced to the Mendez Tribe in Africa and Paternal roots to the Cherokee Tribe.

Her siblings: Frank Miller Jr., Eddie Lee, John Allen, Ben Earl, Jerry, and Mary Sue Miller preceded her in death.

Robin transitioned this life on Friday, July 31, 2026.

She leaves to cherish her memories: a loving husband, Elder Leon Harrell; one son, Cristobal (Chris) Harrell; two grandchildren, Jeremiah & Laila Harrell; two great granddaughters, Ar’ Mani Perez, Inzly Denise Amor Reese; three sisters, Betty Jean Peeples, Jo Ann Moss, of Alabaster, AL, Delicia (Loyd) Johnson of Rochester, NY; two brothers, Henry & Wayne Miller of Alabaster, AL; two special nieces, Raven & Jenesis Moss; special cousins, Elder Edward McCarter, Arthur Spears, Peter Spears; two sisters-in-law; Jo Ann Farrington, Linda (Gerald) Walker; one brother-in-law,

James Harrel; special friends, Pastor Mary McNeal, Pam Myles, Marian Snead; special Goddaughter & son, Jennifer Williams & Christian McNeal; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
