Obituary

Mr. Ronnie Bray born to the late Mr. Raythaniel Bray and the late Mrs.. Ada Bray Jones on August 27, 1963. He confessed Christ at an early age and joined Rising Star Baptist Church in Centreville, AL under Rev. Bond.

He attended Bibb County High School and graduated with the class of 1981. He attended C.A. Fredd College in Tuscaloosa, AL and earned a degree in Auto Body & Repairs in 1984.

He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Mr. Raythaniel Bray and Mrs. Ada B. Jones; stepfather, Mr. Theo Jones; his brother, Mr. Frank Bray.

He was employed by Cahaba Veneer for 15 years, in Centreville, AL. He was later employed by Millsource in Montevallo, AL. He was married to Mrs. Sophia Huckleberry Bray in 1996 until his death.


He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Sophia Bray; one son, Pastor Kristopher Huckleberry; five daughters, Kendra (Terrance) Cash, Catesha (Anthony) Ward, Lamika Conwell all of Centreville, AL, Courtney Donner of Childersburg, AL and Christina Huckleberry of Louisville, KY; seven sisters:m, Mamie Huckleberry, Cora (Jeff) Wilson, Gloria Bray, Marjorie Abercrombie, Ada Jones all of Centreville, AL, Mary Lou (Grover) Huckleberry of Chicago, ILL, and Maggie (Charlie Watters) Kersh of Plantersville, AL; four brothers, Theo (Martha) Jones of Decatur, GA, Raythaniel Bray of Chicago, IL, Charlie Bray and Coleman (Willie) Bray of Centreville, AL; three brothers in law, Clarence(Marie) Cleveland of Cincinnati, OH, Danny (Mattie) Huckleberry of Tuscaloosa, AL and Mickey Huckleberry of Centreville, AL, five sisters in law, Annette Huckleberry of Centreville, AL, Sue Ellen Stabler and Chandra (Jeff) Amerson of Tuscaloosa, AL, Mary Jean Huckleberry of Louisville, KY and Inell (Anthony) Swain of Huntsville, AL; sixteen grandbabies, Shontrale, Te'Niya, Kaden, Trayvon, Terrance Jr., Kayveon, Raysean, Carriana, Savannah, TaLeah, Anthony Jr., Shantae, Kimberlynn, Anessia, Alessia, and Akeria; one great grandson, SeKani; a special friend Mr. Anthony Moore; and a host of nieces and nephews that he loved very much.
