Genesis
Shatonia Renee Sullens, was born to the parentage of Mr. Larry Fields and Ms. Jewel Sullens- Bishop on November 11, 1980 in Montevallo, AL. She was the oldest of two children. She accepted Jesus at an early age under the Leadership of Dr. Calvin Meadows at Present Truth Tabernacle in Montevallo, AL
She was educated in the Bibb County and Mississippi School Systems. She was preceded in death by her loving grandparents, Mrs. Mary Helen Sullens Fields, Mr. Jimmy Sullens Sr., Mrs. Mayo Fields and Mr James Fields
The Life

Shatonia was a loving mother of three sons and she worked for years as a Commendable Personal Care Giver, a bookkeeper for Virginia College and a Packager for UPS. Her commitment to the Lord was made clear by her service as a faithful member of Bethesda Apostolic Church under the leadership of Bishop Gerry Bivens.

She made her triumphant entry into glory on August 4, 2017 at 1:40 am, at the home of her loving mother Jewel Bishop, in Calera, AL, surrounded by her loved ones.
She leaves to cherish her memories three loving sons: Jairus, Sullens, JaBrian Sullens of Calera,AL; Jiydaryion Odom, Brent, AL; Her mother, Jewel Bishop, Her father, Larry Fields; three sisters, Shakeita Bishop, Montevallo, AL, Sheena Fields, LasVegas, NV and Porshia Owens Fields, Shreveport Louisiana.; two special nephews, Kerius Cockrum and Ka'Darius McElroy of Montevallo, AL.; Four God-sisters, Brittany (Courtney) Hambright, Iesha (Courtney) Peoples, Leticia (Brandan)Cannon, Kayla Bowman.
A Loving and devoted Fiance', Danny Mckenzie, a Special and loving God-mother, Ardie McBride; Seven uncles, Johnny, Jimmy, Jessie, James, Josh, Malchom, and Sammy Jr.; Six aunts, Annie Mae, who assisted with her rearing, Vera, , Patricia, Angela, Elaine, and Minnie; eight nieces and nephews, three special friends, Angela Turner, Briana McKenzie, and Mikey Peoples, a special cousin raised like sisters- Jessica Sullens and a host of other relatives and friends who shall miss her dearly.
Homegoing Celebration will be held Saturday, August 12, 2017 at 12:00 Noon at Upper Room Church Highway 8 Wilton, AL with burial at Montevallo City Cemetery.
