Shonda Latrice Carter- Smith

February 5, 1978 – April 19, 2021

Shonda Latrice Carter-Smith, age 43, united with Christ on Monday, April 19, 2021 . She was a lifelong resident of Shelby County and member of Emmanuel Temple Holiness Church.

Visitation is at 11:00 am on Saturday, April 24, 2021, at Emmanuel Temple Holiness Church, 680 Simmsville Rd, Alabaster, AL 35007. A private Homegoing Celebration will immediately follow at 12 noon, for immediate and extended family members. Bishop Gerry Bivins, officiating Pastor.

Shonda's Loving Survivors: Her Devoted Husband, John Smith, Children: Johnathan Smith, Joshua Smith and Whitney Davenport; Parents, Nathaniel and Mary Carter; Grandmother, Gracie Taylor and her Sister, Miranda Taylor.

Interment will follow at Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery, 441 5 th Ave SE,  Alabaster , AL 45231.
