Stevie DeMoss Hill was born to the late Annie Reese DeMoss-Palmer and Cecil Hill on June 21, 1961 in Chicago, Illinois. He is the second of eight siblings and the first to join his mother in glory. Stevie confessed a hope in Christ at a young age and united with the Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church of Alabaster, Alabama. Stevie received his education in the Shelby County School Systems. He dedicated over twenty-five years of his life as a blue-collar worker for The American Safety Tread Company in Pelham, Alabama. Later in life Stevie re-dedicated his life to Christ and United with the Freewill Missionary Baptist Church of Alabaster, Alabama. He departed this life on September 11, 2017. He leaves to Cherish his memory his father; Mr. Cecil Hill of Chicago, Illinois. Seven Siblings of Chicago, Illinois; Sisters Brothers Mrs. Michelle Williams (Robert) Mr. James Palmer Mrs. Alicia Palmer-Jackson (Willie) Mr. Corey Palmer Ms. Latrice Palmer Mr. Doni Palmer Ms. Latisia Palmer Two Sons One Daughter Mr. Stephen Adrian Hill Ms. Renee Hill Mr. Curtis Hill Five Grandchildren Jatavious, Elijah, Alexis, Jaden, and Nadia Eight Nieces & Nephews Tony, Janika, Antonio, Kewone, Amani, Kamari, Kateece and Terrion Two Aunts Ms. Ophelia DeMoss Mrs. Carrie DeMoss And a host of other family and friends. Funeral service will be held Sat. Sept. 23 at 11:00 a.m. at New Vision Christian Center Church in Helena with burial at Liberty Cemetery in Elliottsville.
