Tommie was born December 29, 1957 to Mrs. Violena Lilly and the late Mr. Thomas Lilly, Sr.

She received her education in the public schools of Shelby County, Alabama.

She gave her life to Christ at an early age and joined Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in Montevallo, Alabama.

She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Lilly, Sr.; sister, Teresa Ann Lilly and brother, Thomas Lilly, Jr.

Tommie leaves to cherish her life and legacy of love and family: her two daughters, Tonja Wynn, Atlanta, GA, Vernica (Joseph) Peoples, Decatur, AL; eight grandchildren, Joseph Peoples, Lucinda Wynn, Keiara Peoples, Jordan Peoples, Johnathan Wynn, DeShawn Scott, Deondre Peoples, and Myesha Scott; nine great-grandchildren;  her mother, Mrs. Violena Lilly, Montevallo, AL; two brothers, Ricky Lilly, Toledo, OH, Fletcher (Vivian) Lilly, Montevallo, AL; four sisters, Gwen Lilly, Montevallo, AL, Joyce (Adam) White, Birmingham, AL, Bonnie Lilly, Montevallo, AL, Peggyy (Richard) Wortham,  Toledo, OH; one aunt, Ms. Beatrice Lilly, Montevallo, AL; nieces, nephews and other friends and family  whom she loved dearly.

A Service of Memory will be held Saturday, January 9, 2021 at 12:00 Noonon The Grounds of The Good Shepherd Funeral Home. Rev. Michael Inabinette - Officiating
