Mr. Walter Thomas Jones

On February 10, 1951, Mr. Walter Thomas Jones, Jr. was born to the late Mr. Walter T. Jones, Sr. and the late Mrs. Thelma E. Jones.

He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Calera, AL, and attended faithfully in his younger years.

Walter served in the Us. Air Force.

He worked for IBM and he also worked for Metrock in Montevallo, Alabama.

A brother, James E. Jones Preceded him in death.

He leaves to cherish his memories: one daughter, Nikki of Denver, Colorado; three sisters, Carolyn Peoples, Annie Jones and Barbara Jones of Calera, Alabama; one niece, one nephew, one brother-in-law, one aunt and a host of relatives and friends.

Viewing will be held Thursday, January 21, 2021 from 4:00 P.M. – 6:00 P.M. at The Good Shepherd Funeral Home.

A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, January 22, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo. Rev. Erwin Jones – Officiating.
