Durand Omar Evans was born June 6, 1974, to Donald Evans and Vivian Evans of Dixons Mills, Alabama.
Durand confessed his life to Christ at an early age, at Jones Chapel C.M.E. Church of Dixons Mills, Alabama.
He was a graduate of Sweetwater High School and furthered his education at University of West Alabama in Livingston Alabama. He accomplished his dream of becoming a black business owner and earned his certification as a HVAC technician and founded Evans Heating and Air.
On June 25, 2016, love joined him in Holy Matrimony to Aqueelah “Latoya” Radcliff that was witnessed before God, loving family, and friends. God blessed them with a beautiful son.
Durand was full of life and enjoyed cooking and hanging out with his family and friends. He loved his family and had a passion for helping those in need.
Preceding him in death is his father, Donald Evans; brother, Donald “Lil Don” Evans II.

Viewing will be held Thursday, June 1, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at The Good Shepherd.
Viewing and Family Visitation will also be held Friday, June 2, 2023, from 4:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M at Law Mortuary in Dixons Mills, AL.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, June 3, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. at Shiloh Primitive Baptist Church, Dixons Mills, AL. with interment at Green Memorial Garden County Road 55, Dixon Mills, AL.
