Thomas James Fletcher was born to the late John Sr and Ola Mae Fletcher.
Bob. (Thomas) was a great father and grandfather. He loved cooking, gardening, fishing and hunting.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, John Fletcher Jr., Jerry Fletcher and Joe Lee Fletcher, one sister, Delia Belle Threatt.
Thomas (Bobo) departed this life Friday, June 10, 2022 at Brookwood Shelby Medical Center, Alabaster, AL.
He leaves to cherish his loving memories, one biological daughter, Paula McNeil (Djiby) Tall; two granddaughters, Queen Bintou Tall and Amina Marie Tall.
One raised daughter, Kimberly Michelle (William) Billings; one grandson, Chancellor Winston Stown; two stepdaughters, Amy Melissa (Cornelius) Shufford, Dr. Selena T. Todgers; four sisters, Ernestine (Edgar) Millings, Teresa (Tommy) Nelms, Ruby (David) Johnson and Faye Layton; two brothers, Charles (Naomi) Fletcher and Bishop Arthur (Pam) Fletcher; one aunt, Katie Knight; one uncle, Jack Sails; nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends who shall miss him dearly.
Viewing will be held Wednesday, June 15, 2022 from 4:00 P.M. – 6:00 P.M. at The Good Shepherd.
A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, June 16, 2022 at 12:00 Noon at The Good Shepherd with burial at Liberty Cemetery in Elliottsville.
