Willie Davis Obituary
Willie E. Davis was born to the
parentage of the late Dorothy Davis and Will Davis, Sr. on March 25, 1958 in Shelby County, Alabama.
He accepted Christ at an early age and joined First Baptist Church in Calera, Alabama.
He was educated in the Shelby County, Alabama School System.
Willie was a working man and was employed for years doing Construction work. He was an avid fisherman. .
He departed this life Friday November 17, 2017 at Baptist Shelby Medical Center in Alabaster, Alabama.
He leaves to cherish his memories, Three sisters: Ella Davis of Calera, AL, Evelyn (Howard )Brown of Brierfield, AL and Anita Davis Lomax, AL; Three brothers, Will (Annie Ruth ) Davis, Jr., Richard (Harriett) Davis, and Mark Davis, all of Calera, AL; Two special nephews, Courtney Hall and Dewayne Royster, and a host of other relatives.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, Nov. 25, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Grants Chapel A.M.E. Church in Calera with burial at First Baptist Cemetery in Calera. Rev. Ruby Bustamonte Officiating.
